Corian Joint Adhesive 50 ml Black Nocturne

Corian joint adhesive matching the colours:

Original DuPont® Corian® adhesive suitable for original dispensing guns.

Depending on the quantity applied, there are approximately 4 metres of adhesive in a cartridge (measured on a 12 mm sheet).

The glue cartridge is easily mounted in the gun. Pump with the handle until glue/hardener comes out of both containers. Wipe off the excess and fit the mixer tip afterwards.

Clean the glue surfaces with acetone before applying the glue.

The amount of glue is dosed using the handle. Make sure to apply a consistent amount to the surface to be glued. Immediately after gluing (max. 10 min), push the 2 sheets tightly together. Make sure they are held tightly, e.g. by using clamps. Glue must be squeezed out of the joint. When the glue has completely hardened, after about 60 min. the clamps can be removed. The excess glue is polished or milled off.

When done correctly, Corian sheets can be glued together with virtually no visible joints.

Used mixing tips and opened glue should be discarded as they cannot be reused.

The product may cause eye and skin irritation on contact. Use eye protection and protective gloves.

Dispensing gun not included.

Use this special polishing cloth with polishing paste to remove small scratches on Plexiglasss and acrylic sheets.
